The Page360 service is provided to you under the terms and conditions as laid out in this document. By completing the registration process you are stating that you have read and understood the terms of service, indicating your agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions of Page360.

Description of Page360 Service
Page360 account holders are provided with the ability to save, group and recall Web addresses and launch them with a single click. This service is free of charge. You agree that the services provided by Page360 are for your personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without our permission. Your use of Page360 carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights in Page360.

It is the Page360 account holder's sole responsibility to a) provide all equipment, including computer and modem, necessary for connection to the Internet, and b) pay all connection and telephone charges that arise from the use of the Internet.

In consideration for this free service, Page360 account holder agrees to provide updated, accurate and truthful information as prompted to do so by this service. Page360 respects its account holders' privacy at all times, and will not disclose account holders' personal details, such as name, email address or country of origin, to any third party without the account holder's express authorization to do so. Page360 is required to disclose such information only by any applicable law or legal process being served against Page360.

Page360 reserves the right to make amendments or modifications to the service without notice to any account holder or third party.

Page360 recognizes the right of each account holder to be entitled to their privacy throughout their usage of the Internet. (see privacy statement for further details).

Your Account
As a Page360account holder you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are also entirely responsible for all the activities that occur in your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of which you become aware.

Your Conduct & Responsibilities
Whilst using the Page360 site as a registered account holder, you will NOT :

1. Restrict any other account holder from enjoying the site
2. Transmit or post any fraudulent, abusive, libellous, obscene or otherwise objectionable information of any kind
3. Post or transmit advertising or solicitation of goods or services for commercial purposes without the prior approval of Page360
4. Post or transmit any information that contains any damaging component
5. Post or transmit material that violates copyright of another party
6. Use the site in any commercial or unlawful manner in any way
7. Change or adapt any part of the site for any reason whatsoever

Page360 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Page360 site and services for any reason.

Disclaimer
Page360 states that this service is provided and used entirely at the account holder's own risk. Page360 makes no guarantee that the service provided will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.

As a Page360 account holder you agree that any material you download through the service is done at your own ( sic account holders ) discretion and Page360 will take no responsibility for any damage to an account holders computer systems as a result of downloading such material.

We do not accept responsibility for any defects that may exist or for any costs, loss of profits, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access Page360. You are responsible for making your own backup arrangements. Page360 is provided without any warranties or guarantees.

Limitation of Liability
Page360 will not be liable for any damages of any sort that arise from the use or inability to use the service, or for costs of procurement of goods or services that are resulting from transactions entered into through the service.

Indemnity
To the extent to which your use or the use by any person who may be authorised by you or for whom you are responsible (for example as the parent or Guardian of a child) causes loss or damage to any person, you agree to indemnify Page360 immediately on demand in relation to any such losses or damages attributable to Page360, including where necessary any administrative, legal and or technical charges that may arise from such use.

Coding
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, copy, dismantle or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of Page360.
